At Croydon, we tag Moodle assignments via a custom plugin. Data maps to a quality tool which captures assessment schedules. The data is combined and fed into Power BI and reports distributed through Teams.

This provides information about: which courses are submitting work, are they following course validation, is work marked, how quickly is it marked, are students meeting the deadline. It contains direct links to the stored work and can be broken down at many levels including whole academic areas to individual courses. We can then offer support based upon the data.
