In the future, after I graduate, I hope to be able to work in a children's hospital because I love working with children and I think they are the future of our country. For this, I hope to be able to make the children that I find in front of me feel good. 
I don't know how my career in a hospital will be like, but I hope to be able to do my job correctly and I hope to have equally capable colleagues by my side, who take seriously what they are doing for the good of the children.

Stem cells are undifferentiated cells, that are capable of transforming into cells of different tissues or organs. This type of cells differ in 3 types:

Stem cells are usually found in the bone marrow, brain, dermis and even in the umbilical cord, but the real mine of these cells is the human embryo. They can be transplanted into people with blood diseases, such as leukemia and are also used to treat neurodegenerative diseases. I believe that these cells can become the first step towards a safer and less invasive treatment than those already present. But unfortunately it is only a scientific research in Italy, while in other countries they have already started a direct experimentation.

In the future I hope to be able to work in a super technological hospital, I don't care in which country because I am willing to travel a lot to reach this place. In addition to this, I hope that my career will be full of experiences capable of improving me, both in the workplace and in the social sphere. I would like to become a head nurse and maybe specialize in some sectors such as that of the critical area. Once all these experiences have been made, I would like to return to Italy to enjoy my retirement in the place I love the most.

One of the most significant experiences of my studies happened a few days ago. During my internship in the emergency room of Tor Vergata. During one night, a red code arrived at the hospital, the patient was dying and I and my colleagues tried to save him a heart massage. initially it was difficult to do this, but with the help of some life-saving drugs we were able to bring him back to life, even if for a short time. After less than an hour, the patient was back under arrest and this time we were unable to save him. I was very sad that i failed in my intent a I think I will remember this experience forever because it was the first time i saw someone die in front of me. I hope I won't have to attend this again but I know it will be quite difficult because in my work this is everyday-life.
