The Emperors New Clothes uses Animation and effects to make the transition of Brendan Urie turning into the Devil. This is only a small part of the Music video, it visually makes more sense then having him dressed normally and transitioning into the devil, rather than having two separate scenes making it much more ambiguous, and confusing if it was two separate scenes.

Miss Jackson uses Camera angles to add on to disorientation, it frequently uses the same scene, however, different shots and angles. The video is in a motel, which is commonly associated with people being at their wits end, being drunk, high, and using people, like 'miss Jackson'. Using camera angles in this way adds on to that affect of being tripping out, while also showing different aspect on what lead him to be here, including things like alcohol and substance abuse.

During the Music video Girls/Girls/Boys the video almost soley relies on camera movement. There is only one scene which is a plain white, with Brendan Urie (singer) standing naked and the camera moving around him. This adds to the provocative nature of the song, talking about girls loving girls and boys. The video uses the camera angles to try and flaunt to 'girls' what they could have in 'boys', without directly showing what that is. so the use of camera angles helps to explain the song in a visual format.

Multi-Image is used multiple times in the music video (the ballad of Mona lisa) It adds to the disorienting effect of the whole video, which is helped by the quick camera movements, and the fast paced movements of the actors. The only people who are at a normal pace are the band, and 'mona lisa'. The disorienting effect of the music adds to the meaning of the song, where its about love, and playing games with each other, which in itself is disorienting.

I Write Sins Not Tragedies doesn't always use cutting to the beat, however it uses it for effect. Panic! At the Disco have very disorienting music videos, and this is not exception. They use cutting to the beat on the chorus, which adds to the disorienting effect of this video. A circus walks out, and to try and get everything in, it cuts to the beat, because in that situation you wouldn't know where to look, and it almost visualises that in the video.

They had the Bear and the Hare, with Somewhere only we know covered by Lily Allen being the background music and in 2015 they told the tale of The Man On the Moon. They used Half the World Away covered by Aurora to pull on viewers heartstrings and feel sympathy for the Old Man, while also showing the generosity of the children at Christmas. This would have attracted a lot of people to consider shopping at John Lewis because people would hear the song and think about it, especially as they may have started to consider getting presents for other people who may be slightly 'out of sight' and forgotten about.

All The Small Things by Blink-182 Parodies Bands such as N-Sync and Backstreet boys. The Video mocks Boybands at the time and their synchronicity. The way I interpret the music video is that they believe sometimes, they just need to perform the song, rather than choreographing a dance, wearing identical clothes, and specifically pulls up N-sync and the Backstreet boys on it as they are guilty of being that kind of manufactured boy band rather than just being themselves, obviously they weren't the only ones but at the time it would have been seen as going against the 'social norm'.

Total Eclipse of the Heart is arguably a surrealist videos, as there as some aspects of it which make you wonder the purpose behind it. One of these aspects are the choir. The choir have glowing eyes, which is very disorienting and confusing. However, in other parts there are people who have wings, if you link these to surreal aspects together, they could be linked to angels. This surreal aspect is disorienting especially with the movement of the camera along long hallways, which sways, adding not the disorienting feel.

This music video is very disorienting. In between animated drawings of the musician singing the song, the video cuts between impressionist scenes. All of these scenes are mostly blue and purple. The impressionist scenes are in the street, and various scenes, some where the musician it singing. The video has an overall disorienting vibe. There aren't tonnes of impressionist scenes, but there are some, for example, one with a bull, potentially explaining the aggressive part to the song.

Tribute by Tenacious D has a music video with Narrative. Unlike most Music videos, you can argue that this has two narratives. Firstly, the narrative of two struggling musicians trying to follow their dream and record an album. The Second narrative is the tale that adds on to the song, this is the surreal tale of the musicians meeting the Devil and shocking him to the core with their music. They both interlink, as they both would like to think they are the best musicians, but were never given the chance to be until that point.

Chandelier By Sia is an interpretive music video. After the song was released there was a period of people trying to understand the music video, and then coming up with their own opinions. One of these theories was following the idea of it being a broken relationship between father and daughter. The father not being around as much as he could have been and then them having to rebuild trust along with their relationship, while others simply believing it is about the ups and downs of a father and childs relationship.

Mcfly's It's All About You music video is In-concert. The music video follows the band playing the song with an orchestra. However, the video is not a live recording, as it is also used for comedy purposes. In the video, they try to make it romantic like the song. However, everything goes wrong, the drummer can't get through into the recording studio, without bribing the guard, some of the musicians, have their instruments fall apart and some can't even play their instruments. This also gives the video an aspect of parody showing the state of the business, and how easily things can go wrong, especially as the majority of the orchestra are celebrities, potentially mocking charity singles such as band aid, as it shows how disorganised these collaborations can be.
