In my community I would have a variety of people who have different skill sets and are diverse, but we all get along. We would learn from other people in the community, and at school. For example, if one of the kids were interested in learning about cooking, one of the chefs could help them. They would also learn basic skills like reading, writing, math, etc. in school.
