Think about this:
When you ask someone to stop multiple times, do you think it is helpful? Could we find another solution that doesn't mean we keep adding more posts?

I think that during V.S, only use hangouts for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES like reminders and when you are confused and other things. And if you are wanting to talk to a person PRIVATELY, don't chat in groups because then you might disturb others. When you have extra time after V.S, that is the time to chat with others about other stuff.

We can try to tell them privately in there chat so we don't disturb others if there working and don't have to bother them.

We can use our hangout chat if we need our classmates for anything that is realated to school we should not be using hangout for talking about something that is not realated to school plus we might distract others so if someone is distracting then we say stop and if he or she does not stop then send a message in private telling to stop and if not stoping we should remove him from the group just 5 min then add him or her and tell him or her that if you do it again we will take you off the group untill you calm down

We can use hangouts before night because a lot of people sleep. And you should only use for virtual school or it will disturb others. You can ask questions or other but not just for talking and chating.

We can use our hangouts chat for V.S, and education learning. it is not helpful when someone ask you to stop many times. If we want to chat with someone, we can chat them privately. We can leave the group that chat to much( Like off topic).

I think you should not use hangouts for chatting with your friends in virtual school if it is not related to school and if it is not urgent and only use it to ask questions to your teacher and also only for school reasons But you can chat with your friends after school and also if someone says stop multiple times than stop. Also if you are annoyed and don't want to be in that group you can just leave if it is bothering you.

I think that you should use Hangouts because if you need help then you can, but if you are going to send Video Game links then I suggest not going on Hangouts. Also if someone in a group or private tells you to stop then STOP or if that group is bothering you then just leave.
