As a first part of the course, i was asked to write a learning diary in Padlet. Let's begin by some information about myself.

My name is Maarten Burvenich, I work as an ICT-Coördinator in a provincial school group in Belgium. This means I am one of a team responsible for the IT infrastructure of around 32 schools. Work is varied and goes from planning and implementation of new infrastructure, to providing end-user support and troubleshooting ageing hardware.

I hope to learn how colleagues from around the world are dealing with challenges in this unique environment.
