Overall, It is clear that the most noticeable change that occurred was that of research and development. Additionally, the reception has completely disappeared nowadays. 
As can be seen from the map in 2008, the science park consisted mostly of a business units place along with an officers and reception. In the southeast of a car park, there was cyber security which was in front of an IT center. 
Looking at the flow diagram in more detail recently, The science park has been changed considerably most regarding research and development areas and various places for recreation have been added to it. In addition, the IT center and reception had been removed in favor of the innovation center, and university hub respectively. Subsequently, the car park and cyber security were extended. Finally, the railways have been built next to the roads and the only areas that remain unchanged are the business units, and officers.

Overall, what stands out from the map is that the science park has been modernized and expanded with more facilities and areas for research, education and transportation.
With regards to the northern end of the park in 2008, there was a natural land and the trees have now been chopped down to set up a research amd development centre. To the right of the land there was offices and a reception nearby each other in 2008. However, while the offices have remained the same, the reception has been replaced to a university hub now. In the central of the park, whereas the business units have unchanged, the car park area has been narrowed. 
Regarding to the other facilities, the trees next to the car park have been cut down in order to widen the area of cyber security. In the southern of the park, the IT centre has been renovated into an innovation centre. Today, a new train station has been established on the southern railway. Finally, on the east side of the park, a bus stop has now been constructed. It can be clarified from the maps that some developments have occurred as well as the replacements of various places.

Over the time, the north part of the park witnessed significant transformations. The grassland on the north-west of the park was converted into the building of Research and development, while the reception block next to it was expanded and later turned into the university hub. Railways were added alongside the road on the north east of the area, with a new bus stop at the end of the railway. It also replaced the grassland on the south of the road and the Car pack was minimized, in comparison with 2008.

On the south side of the science park, it is clear that the Cyber security was expanded and renovated due to the knock-down of a part of the woodland. The IT centre was replaced by the Innovation centre, and the paths are opened to connected the places together. At the end of the maps at the present, a new station has been built on the railway.

Overall, it can be seen that the park has experienced dramatic changes and developments of some areas as well as replacements of others.

Over the period, the research and development area in the north-west of the park was constructed, replacing grassland while the business units south of this area have remained the same. The reception south of the offices was demolished to give way to the University hub. In the centre of the science park, the car park was minimised whereas the Cyber security in south-east was expanded. Moreover, on the south side of the science park, the IT centre was turned into the innovation centre and the train station in the south-east was set up on the railway. Finally, more cycle paths were opened up along the roads in the north-east of the park and near the car park.
