My aunt would serve food to the my uncles and even my 8-year-old nephew before the women. When I talked to my parents about this, they agreed that this was an unfair and outdated tradition. I decided that I would teach my own children differently in the future.

Something that has always been a problem for me in volleyball is my height. Sometimes, i play against people who are a whole foot taller than me. In order to achieve this obstacle, i specialized in a position that doesn't require height. As players on my team graduated and our team needs grew, i was no longer able to play that position. In order to compete with opponents who were taller than me, i had to jump higher. This forced me to work harder than my opponents.

Something that makes me lose track of time is playing video games. Sometimes, I get so immersed in the digital world that I lose a complete sense of time. I prefer to play games that involve strategy. I am more captivated when I have to think hard and coordinate my controller inputs precisely.

Piano

Piano is something that has led to personal growth. it has helped with my focus and concentration. In order to place you fingers in precise locations, you have to be 100% focused. Piano has also taught me time management. As my schedule gets busier and busier, it is harder to fit everything in. Adding piano to the mix just makes it harder to do everything. It has forced me to be a stronger time manager.
