We get to know each other.On this part I get to know my facilitator and my usrah member.We also get to build ukhwah between us and tighten the silaturrahim.

Adab in seeking knowledge

By learning this at the beginning,i had a chance to practice it in the class as it just the beginning of the semester.by doing this, i can get closer to my lecturer and I also can understand my studies better.

Hadith Jibril can be divide into 3 crucial part which is Islam, Iman, Judgement day and Ihsan

Islam

-Profession of Faith(shahada).

"There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah"

-Performing Hajj

Iman

-Believe in Allah (the only god)

-Believe in angles

-Believe in prophets

Worship and act as allah always see us.

Judgement day

There is a lot of signs of the day of judgement. Some of it has already appear.

Belief in Angels

There are 10 angles that we need to remember and their job. Angles are allah's army and Allah create a lot of angles in this world.

There are 4 books that allah created but the most complete one is the Al quran.we as a muslim need to believe in quran as it is one of the pillars of Islam.we need to make quran as a guidance in life.

There is 25 famous prohets.we need to believe in prophets and messengers as them were sent by allah. The reason allah sent them is to guide human and be an example to human.

Hereafter

Qada and Qadar

Qada refers to allah knowledge of everything including the future. Qadar is the actual manifestation of allah power. We need to believe that everything that happens is ordained by allah and has been written in Luh Mahfuz.

My task for this group presentation is to explain about benefits of adab with neighbours and society to our fellow usrah members and our facilitator Br. Hazim.

Mirza started off the presentation with the adab with society. Then, Danial took over the presentation to also gave an example about adab with society. Next, khir continued the presentation about adab with neighbours. And then, Adib also explain about the adab with neoghbours too. Lastly, I closed the presentation with the benefits of adab with neighbours and society. The poster above was achieved by all group members effort.

Clear your heart of worldly distractions and sincerely seek closeness to Allah.

2. Perfect Your Wudu (Ablution)

Perform wudu carefully, ensuring each step is done with mindfulness.

Recite the du'a after wudu: اللهم اجعلني من التوابين واجعلني من المتطهرين (O Allah, make me among those who repent and those who purify themselves).

3. Dress Modestly and Choose a Clean Space

Wear clean, appropriate clothing.

Pray in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

4. Prepare Your Mind and Heart

Take a few moments before starting Salah to disconnect from daily worries.

Reflect on the greatness of Allah and the significance of the prayer.

Recite some dhikr or a short dua to center your focus.

5. Understand What You’re Reciting

Study the meanings of Surah Al-Fatihah and other common surahs.

Contemplate the words as you recite them in Salah.

6. Slow Down Your Movements

Avoid rushing; move with calmness and dignity.

Pause briefly between each posture (e.g., in ruku and sujood).

7. Focus on the Hereafter

Imagine this could be your last prayer.

Visualize standing before Allah on the Day of Judgment.

8. Minimize Distractions

Silence your phone and avoid praying in a noisy place.

If stray thoughts arise, gently bring your mind back to the prayer.

9. Increase Your Love for Salah

Read about the importance of Salah and the rewards of khusyu’.

Follow the example of the Prophet ﷺ in his devotion to prayer.

10. End with Reflection

After Salah, sit for a moment, make dhikr, and seek Allah’s help in improving your prayers.

Hikmah (حكمة) in Islam refers to wisdom, deep understanding, and the ability to judge rightly. It is not just knowledge but the correct application of knowledge with insight and righteousness.

2. The Source of Hikmah

The ultimate source of hikmah is Allah (SWT), who grants it to whom He wills.

The Quran: The Quran is the primary source of wisdom, as it contains divine guidance for all aspects of life.

“That is what We inspired in you, [O Muhammad], of the Book and wisdom…” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:151)

The Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ: The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was given divine wisdom to teach and guide people.

“And he teaches them the Book and wisdom…” (Surah Al-Jumu'ah 62:2)

Taqwa (God-consciousness): Allah grants wisdom to those who are sincere and God-fearing.

“And whoever has taqwa of Allah, He will make a way out for him.” (Surah At-Talaq 65:2)

Reflection and Understanding: Pondering over Allah’s signs in creation and life experiences develops wisdom.

“And these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.” (Surah Al-‘Ankabut 29:43)

3. The Purpose of Hikmah

Hikmah is granted for:

Guiding people to righteousness.

Making wise decisions in life.

Avoiding harm and sin.

Bringing justice and goodness to society.

4. How to Attain Hikmah?

Seek knowledge through the Quran and Sunnah.

Make dua for wisdom (e.g., "رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا" - “My Lord, grant me wisdom” - Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:83).

Fear Allah and practice sincerity.

Observe and reflect on life’s experiences.

Allah (SWT) promises success to those who pray with humility:

“Successful indeed are the believers. Those who humble themselves in their prayer.” (Surah Al-Mu’minun 23:1-2)

2. Erases Sins and Purifies the Soul

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The five daily prayers erase sins just like a river cleanses a person who bathes in it five times a day.” (Sahih Muslim)

Salah with khusyu’ helps purify the heart and develop good character.

3. Increases Imaan and Strengthens the Connection with Allah

Khusyu’ brings a deep sense of peace, allowing a believer to feel close to Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ found comfort in Salah and would say: “O Bilal, call the Iqamah for prayer; give us rest by it.” (Sunan Abu Dawood)

4. Protects from Evil and Immorality

“Indeed, prayer prevents immorality and wrongdoing.” (Surah Al-‘Ankabut 29:45)

A sincere prayer with khusyu’ changes a person’s behavior, leading to righteousness.

5. Leads to Inner Peace and Contentment

Those who pray with sincerity and devotion experience deep tranquility.

Salah serves as an escape from stress, worry, and worldly distractions.

6. Grants Allah’s Mercy and Forgiveness

The Prophet ﷺ said: “When a Muslim performs wudu perfectly and prays with khusyu’, his sins are forgiven.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

7. Elevates One’s Status in Jannah

The Prophet ﷺ said: “A servant is closest to his Lord when he is in prostration.” (Sahih Muslim)

The more one perfects Salah, the higher their rank will be in Jannah.

8. Helps in the Grave and on the Day of Judgment

The first thing a person will be asked about on the Day of Judgment is Salah. If it is good, ever

ything else will follow well. (Sunan At-Tirmidhi)

“O you who believe, fasting has been prescribed upon you as it was prescribed upon those before you, so that you may attain taqwa.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:183)

Fasting trains the soul to resist desires and focus on pleasing Allah.

2. Fasting is a Shield from Hellfire

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Fasting is a shield; so, when one of you is fasting, he should avoid indecent speech and quarreling.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

It protects against sins, which lead to punishment in the Hereafter.

3. The Reward for Fasting is from Allah Himself

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Allah says: Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting; it is for Me, and I shall reward it.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

The exact reward for fasting is beyond human comprehension.

4. Fasting Leads to Forgiveness of Sins

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, his past sins will be forgiven.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

It is an opportunity to cleanse the soul from past mistakes.

5. Fasting Grants Entry Through Ar-Rayyan (A Special Gate in Jannah)

The Prophet ﷺ said: “There is a gate in Jannah called Ar-Rayyan, through which only those who fast will enter on the Day of Judgment.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

6. Fasting Enhances Patience and Self-Discipline

It teaches self-control, patience, and gratitude by making one appreciate blessings.

7. Fasting is a Means of Intercession on the Day of Judgment

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Fasting and the Quran will intercede for a person on the Day of Judgment.” (Musnad Ahmad)

8. The Du’a of a Fasting Person is Accepted

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The supplication of a fasting person is not rejected.” (Sunan Ibn Majah)

9. Brings Joy in This Life and the Next

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The fasting person has two moments of joy: when he breaks his fast, and when he meets his Lord.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

“Take from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and sanctify them.” (Surah At-Tawbah 9:103)

Giving Zakah and Sadaqah cleanses the heart from greed and love of materialism.

2. Increases Wealth and Blessings (Barakah)

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Charity does not decrease wealth.” (Sahih Muslim)

Allah replaces and multiplies what is given for His sake.

3. Protects from Calamities and Hardships

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Tirmidhi)

Sadaqah can be a means of relief from difficulties in life.

4. Earns Allah’s Mercy and Forgiveness

“If you give charity openly, it is good; but if you give it secretly to the poor, it is better for you and will remove some of your sins.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:271)

Giving sincerely for Allah’s sake helps wipe away sins.

5. A Shield on the Day of Judgment

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Judgment will be his charity.” (Tirmidhi)

Charity protects from the heat and distress of the Hereafter.

6. Gains Allah’s Love

“The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to others.” (Al-Mu‘jam Al-Awsat)

Helping the needy brings one closer to Allah.

7. Entry into Jannah

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Paradise has doors, and the door of charity is for those who gave in charity.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

8. Creates Social Justice and Reduces Poverty

Zakah ensures the circulation of wealth and helps the less fortunate.

Sadaqah helps build a caring and supportive society.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Whoever performs Hajj and does not commit any obscenity or wrongdoing will return as sinless as a newborn baby.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

Umrah also expiates sins:

“From one Umrah to another is an expiation for the sins committed between them.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

2. Hajj is a Path to Jannah

The Prophet ﷺ said: “An accepted Hajj has no reward except Paradise.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim)

It is one of the best deeds a believer can perform.

3. Removes Poverty and Increases Wealth

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Perform Hajj and Umrah consecutively, for they remove poverty and sins as a furnace removes impurities from iron.” (Sunan an-Nasa'i)

4. The Pilgrims Are Allah’s Honored Guests

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The pilgrims performing Hajj and Umrah are guests of Allah. If they ask Him, He will answer them, and if they seek His forgiveness, He will forgive them.” (Sunan Ibn Majah)

5. Strengthens Taqwa (God-Consciousness)

Hajj and Umrah remind believers of their purpose in life and renew their commitment to Allah.

The rituals teach humility, patience, and reliance on Allah.

6. Unites the Muslim Ummah

Pilgrims from all over the world gather in one place, dressed alike, reinforcing equality and brotherhoods

I have learn a lot during this usrah.The topic that been discussed very related to me as a student and as a human being.

My suggestion is add more topic to be discussed in usrah.Add some games that can be related to topic being discussed and reflect ourselves.
