  • The context of the books and how they are closer to our students’ reality is helping build a lot of engagement and purpose in the program

  • Juggling the school syllabus while also holding sessions was challenging in Unit 2 because of lack of working days - since Unit 3 is longer hopefully this won’t be a challenge any more

  • The resources and HM conversations really helped. This was one of the ways to help school teams know that this is not just another collaboration. In those conversations, I felt that the GetLitt team deeply cares and really want to make difference.


    1. I think, I'd appreciate if we could do conversations over mail (cc'd PM) and have a mail thread for each school team. This way, whenever fellows do not respond back, PMs can take the ownership. This will also help PMs understand how fellows are communicating and invested in the program. (For eg: I am not aware of the cancellations in Dawoodbaug. If I was aware, I'd have nudged them.)


    I wouldn't recommend whatsapp group communication, as we receive so many messages on daily basis. I feel mails are easier to go back to and see the pattern.
