GENERAL PROFILE:

Name: Christopher Adam Bumstead

Nationality: Canadian

Passed away/ alive: Alive

Occupation/Work: Professional Bodybuilder

current champion of Mr. Olympia Classic Physique.

Why he/she inspired you?

I'm inspired by the determination he's had since he was 14 years old. He sought to be the best in the world until he achieved it and is currently the best in his category. The eating habits he has are to be admired. He has a beautiful family, a mentality that makes him better every day and the discipline that this great sport requires. Someday I want to meet him.

What ideas do you have in common with him/her?

What we have in common is that we never give up until we get what we long for. Whatever it takes, we must always give 101%, if we don't do it, no one else will do it for us.

Are you still working /studying since what you wanted from the beginning?

I'm doing what I like, but I want to compete and feel in my own flesh a little of what he feels when he steps on a stage.

It also taught me that getting a 10 is not knowing everything and that the perseverance and effort you put into what you love will make you the best. She's a genius!

What ideas do you have in common with him/her?

I feel like we have similar thoughts about discipline, consistency, and perseverance. No matter what you have to do, but always deliver on everything. Science, research and nutrition are always growing, so you have to keep preparing every day. It's never enough.

Are you still working /studying since what you wanted from the beginning?

Yes, I was always very sure of what I wanted since Teacher Danny came into my professional life.
