Our standard price rises from 1st May 2025 are as follows:

• Dog Daycare full day up from £20.50 to £22

• Dog Daycare half day up from £12 to £13

• Dog Walking one dog £10 up to £11

• Dog walking two dogs £12 up to £13

• Our preferential rates for dog walking will go up from £5.50 to £5.75 for one dog.

• and 2 dogs from £7 to £7.35.

Daycare

Full day £22 up to £23

Half day £13 up to £13.50

Preferential £13 up to £13.50

PHD £8.50 up to £8.90

Dog walking

£11 per hour, per dog up to £11.50

£13 for two dogs from the same home up to £13.50

Preferential rate for one dog £5.75 up to £6

Preferential for 2 dogs £7.75 up to £8

• If you need to contact SPPOT staff, full-time staff are usually available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

• If you do not get a reply, your message hasn't got through - the staff member may be on holiday for example. Try an alternative number until you get a response.

So far, since 2013 we have grown from a sole trader business, to a tiny 'building-less' social enterprise limited by guarantee, to a small business, and now we're on the cusp of becoming a medium enterprise. That's down to the hard work of all the staff and volunteers in those 13 years.

However, it's also hugely down to customers like you, who saw the potential in our fledgling/small/growing unique company, to take proper care of your beautiful dogs.

Now that we're bigger, potential new customers look to the existing customers for their experiences.

As you'll already know, we don't do marketing in a big way or social media in 'that way', but we do aim to be completely authentic.

Therefore, it would really help us continue to grow and provide more for our volunteers and your dogs, if you could give us some feedback.
