         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.<strong> Alarm reaction:</strong> your body mobilizes its rescorces to cope with stress. More adrenaline is puped through the body during this stage, allowing bodily resources to be applied where they are needed. <br>2. <strong>Stage of resistance</strong>: bodily adjustments to stress stabilize, but a high physical cost. Your body is able to adjust to the original stressor in this stage, but less resistant to others. <br><strong>3.Stage of exhaustion: </strong> the body's resources are exhausted and serious health consequences occur. In this stage you are exhausted do to stress and emotional, behavioral, and physical   problems occur. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In a typical week day, I wake up go work out, go to class, and then to work. The first stage, alarm reaction usually sets in right when I get to work because it is mid day and the store is usually the busiest then. The second stage, stage of resistance, usually sets in when I adjust to how the busy the store is. I have adjusted to the stress of the job and dealing with customers but I am now beginning to get tired, and doing other work duties and thinking about the homework I have to do later becomes harder and harder. I am ore susceptible to making mistakes. The third stage, stage of exhaustion, usually sets in when I begin to close up the store or begin to work on school work. I am depleted due to long days of work, school, and driving back and forth. Mental focus is low and I feel weak and tired. This usually peaks when I am at the end of the shift or doing home work. It usually depends on whether or not I have worked ahead in classes or not. </div>]]></description>
