Watching the video on the Mental Health Statics in America, mental illness should be more of a priority. Its impact is a profound detriment to society. Access to mental health services is not as accessible and can be difficult to navigate.

I found great resources. There are many pamphlets/brochures that you can print to give to adults, students, Veterans, etc. that have age-appropriate language and are very easy to understand.

It was also rewarding to know that you are helping a counselee through her problem, even if you have to refer her elsewhere. I absolutely loved this assignment.
