I am an indigenous feminist researcher and human rights advocate from the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh.

I specialise in feminist participatory action research (FPAR)/ In the least decade, I have collaborated with hundreds of grassroots activists from Asia, the Pacific and Africa to shape policies and practices in areas such as climate justice, land rights, and trade/economic justice.

For over 7 years, I have actively engaged in grassroots and high-level gender equality advocacy and facilitated participatory processes with young people. I have also worked as a Consultant with several INGOs and multilateral organisations, including UNICEF, UNGEI, Plan International, and the International Youth Alliance for Family Planning (IYAFP), where I designed and co-implemented learning/capacity strengthening interventions and qualitative research. I hold a Masters in Gender and Development from the University of Sussex.
