Hunger is being personified here because it is not actually fueling her body, but she is saying she is so hungry that it makes her more angry and satisfies her. Overall the book was intriguing. The book reviewer liked the book overall as well and would recommend it but it wasn't one of her favorite books by Bodeen. She didn't think it was deep enough. She backed all of her arguments up with good reasoning. She did that by explaining how Bodeen did something in the book and how she could have made it better.
