         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Introduce yourself&nbsp;<br>-Ask the patient to locate area of pain<br>-Ask patient to walk and inspect gait (expect patient to limp)&nbsp;<br>-Inspect foot while patient is still standing then inspect again while patient is sat down (expect the affected ankle to be swollen, red or scars that allowed entry of infection)&nbsp;<br>- palpate the foot for temperature and contour (expect affected foot to be warm)&nbsp;<br>-palpate major foot landmarks and arteries&nbsp;<br>-move the foot passively and actively ( expect pain of passive movement and a reduction in range of motion actively)&nbsp;<br>-do special tests( expect normal results)&nbsp;<br>-inspect the patients footwear and thank the patient and go home :)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
