Each week, after the unit is completed in the textbook, students work in groups of 3-4 to write example sentences for an assigned group of words from that unit (each group has a different set). Then students present to the class and add them to a class shared quizlet to study before the quiz

Recently, I had small groups choose a product to write a conversation about, create a visual, and perform an advertisement together to sell an item. They had to use the vocabulary from the unit, persuasive language, and practice pacing, highlighting, and emphasizing.
