For example: the head should allow all black, white, religious and nationality people to have access to their necessities. Specific people should have specific roles and the community should have a goal and stick to it for a better future.

A2) We can first decide our goal. Then each person can be given a certain role as a responsibility. And then plan on how they can fulfil their duty without getting lost. Everybody should be given a role that there most comfortable with.
