I don't remember which arm it was, but I do remember my mom panicking because she wasn't sure as to what she should do other than take me to the hospital. I had to wear a cast for some time and that is all I remember that day. That was the only time I broke a bone anywhere and I haven't broken a bone since.

After going to Cedercrest Elementary up to first grade, I went to Carl Sandburg Elementary School in second grade. I did not like my second grade teacher at all! She was very sexist, like she would be rude to all the boys and be nice to the girls. She was an old teacher as well. She was very strict with me especially. But this was my first time going to school in the US so I had no clue how anything worked. One time our classmates were playing with some blocks and so I was walking past them. Someone rushed past me and pushed me into the blocks. My teacher thought it was my fault and sent me out in the hallway. The whole thing was totally NOT my fault. She didn't do anything to the kid that pushed me. Another time was when there was a little end-of-the-day trivia going on in class. If a person got a question right, we all clap for them. A person got an answer right one time and I clapped and said "Nice job man" in a normal tone for the person to hear. My stupid second grade teacher thought I was being too loud and sent me out in the hallway again for something so small that I don't even think you get into that kind of trouble in high school. So in conclusion, I did not like that teacher one bit. I couldn't even say anything because I was so shy and nervous because this was my first time going to a brand new school in a different state.

I remember we had a lot of snow days and that's what probably made it feel that long. But 8th grade graduation was amazing. When the announcer called my name up to get my certificate for completing middle school, everyone started cheering for me. I'm not even making this up but I got the loudest cheering out of everyone else who got their names called. I was so excited that day and had a ton of fun mainly because we completed middle school and now we were off to high school.

Junior year was probably the most toughest year in high school yet. I had quizzes and test every week and never really had a break besides on the weekends. Second semester of junior year was when I started taking Driver's Ed which was embarrassing for me. Al my friends took it either freshman year or sophomore year. Since I started school in Canada, I'm a year younger than everyone else. In Canada you can start school at a young age verses in the US you have to start at an age a little bit older. So I'm supposed to be a Junior right now, but I'm somehow a senior.

I've been teasing ever since sophomore year that I was going to do football, but it never happened due to the amount of homework I had in every class and the time I needed to complete them. But I wanted to end my high school year on a high note so I'm going to try to participate in every activity going on in high school. Our first game against Evanston was pretty bad. We lost like 17-26. We already knew we were going to get beat because Evanston has the best players and they make it to playoffs every year. Our second game against Lake Forrest was amazing. I my have lost my phone there, and I'll put that in another padlet, but we won that game by a some good points. I forgot the score but it was a really fun game. After that we were against St. Charles North and we were kind of ready to get beat because they got a lot of good players like Tyler Nubin whose a Minnesota recruit and a bunch of others. We lost that game terribly with the score being 3-26. It was terrible. But then we went 1-0 this week at Lake Park. Throughout the whole game the score was 0-0. We had to go into overtime. Basically one team is offense and the other is defense. It's determined who gets it from a coin toss. We got offense first and had to score from the 20 yard line. We made an incredible touchdown by our senor running back Antowon Tolbert, who got injured the first game and finally came back in this game. Now we were the defense and Lake Park was the offense. We drive them back and do everything so they won't get the ball. At the last one, one of the players almost caught the ball for a touchdown until one of our corners, I think it was Sam Chesney, intercepted the ball and that's when everyone went crazy. The fans were wild and so were we. I've never been that happy before in my whole entire life. We high fived the superfans and had a really fun time doing all that. I screamed so much I thought I was about to pass out. But this was an amazing game and it was definitely worth going all that way to Lake Park just to watch us play. We're against Glenbard North next friday and that is finally our first home game.

During the Lake Forrest game, my iphone X was stolen. Before the game I had to charge it, so I borrow one of my friend's chargers and charged it in the locker room. When we came back in halftime, my phone was still there and it was fully charged. I gave my friend back his charger and put my phone in my locker. I forgot to bring a lock, but at our previous Evanston game there were no lockers and we had to put our stuff on the floor and my phone didn't get stolen. But after halftime we all went outside to resume playing and Lake Forrest was kicking the ball off to us. Our receiver, Christian Halstead, caught the ball and ran like 90 yards and made a touchdown right there. Everyone went wild at that play. We made the field goal and then it started raining heavily. We all had to go inside the locker room and all the sophomore football team was already there. When I went to my locker to get my phone, it wasn't there. I got worried and started looking through all the different lockers to find it and I couldn't find it. I was worried what my parents are going to say when they find out. After the rain delay we had to go back outside and resumed playing. It wasn't the worst night because we won, but definitely not the best since my phone got stolen. I had a big feeling that one of the sophomores took it because they were in the locker room before us. I reported coach about it and he said he'll make a call first thing in the morning to let the Lake Forrest guys know about a theft incident that happened. When I got home I told my mom what happened. My dad wasn't there yet so I only got to tell her. She got mad and freaked ou thinking someone could hack into my personal information. The next day on saturday, we had to go to the JV game and coach let the Lake Forrest principal know what happened and they're looking for it. I used find my iphone app on my friend's phone and found out that phone was located in one of the apartments in the Renaissance. I forgot to say I used to live there and before 7th grade we moved into a house in Winfield that's right on the tip of Wheaton. I got home and told my dad about what happened. He got pretty pissed at me but didn't want to waste any time at all and we went to the Lake Forrest Police Department to report it. After that we went to the Carol Stream Police Department to let them know. Both the PD's told us they can't look inside someone's house without a search warrant and the court won't give us a search warrant for something small like this. So my dad and I went to the location of the phone and tried looking for someone familiar or try and find it. We had no luck, so when we got home my dad emailed Mr. Biscan about it and he transferred it to the deans. On tuesday morning, since monday was labor day, my dad went in the school early in the morning and had a talk with Coach Wardynski and Officer Schumaker. They were going to help look for it and would let us know if there is any progress on it. 2 weeks has passed and I still didn't find my phone, but I did learn a lesson from this and it is to always lock away your personal belongings. I'm going to get a new phone soon but for now I have to use my brother's phone, which was the phone I owned before I got the iphone
