As I've seen on my source at history.com, yes, the apple does fall from Newton but not necessarily and specifically on his head.

There’s no evidence to suggest the fruit actually landed on his head, but Newton’s observation caused him to ponder why apples always fall straight to the ground (rather than sideways or upward) and helped inspired him to eventually develop his law of universal gravitation.

I believe that the story about the falling apple is true. People wouldn't dig up something when they didn't experience it. As was the case with Isaac Newton. After seeing an apple fall, he started wondering why apples always fall straight to the ground rather than sideways or upward and this led him to develop his law of universal gravitation. As a result of this incident, he made a remarkable discovery.

Source: https://www.history.com/news/did-an-apple-really-fall-on-isaac-newtons-head#:~:text=There's%20no%20evidence%20to%20suggest,his%20law%20of%20universal%20gravitation.

In 1726, Newton shared the apple anecdote with William Stukeley, who have been included in a biography, “Memoirs of Sir Isaac Newton’s Life. “After dinner, the weather being warm, we went into the garden, & drank thea under the shade of some apple trees… he told me, he was just in the same situation, as when formerly, the notion of gravitation came into his mind…. occasion’d by the fall of an apple, as he sat in a contemplative mood.”

https://www.history.com/news/did-an-apple-really-fall-on-isaac-newtons-head

Is the story of the falling apple true? In my research that I came up is that he said
-“Aha!” he shouts, or perhaps, “Eureka!” In a flash he understands that the very same force that brought the apple crashing toward the ground also keeps the moon falling toward the Earth and the Earth falling toward the sun: gravity. So I think is true that the apple falling because he notice with his own experience then he identify it based on the video that apple fell to his head then he tries to throw apple to ground so that has he discover the universal law of gravitation.
-It states that: "he first thought of his system of gravitation which he hit upon by observing an apple fall from a tree". The event occurred in the late summer of 1666. Other accounts state that Newton was sitting in his garden at Woolsthorpe Manor when the event occurred.

Resources:
https://www.newscientist.com/article/2170052-newtons-apple-the-real-story/
https://www.york.ac.uk/physics-engineering-technology/about/newtons-apple-tree/

When young Isaac Newton was sitting under an apple tree in the 17th century when a falling fruit hit him on the head, he suddenly became aware of the laws of gravity. Although there is no evidence that the fruit actually landed on his head, Newton's observations lead him to wonder why apples always fall straight to the ground (rather than sideways or upwards), ultimately leading him to develop universal gravitation. In 1687, Newton first published this principle. This shows that all bodies in the universe are attracted to all other bodies with a force directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. "Principia" contains the three laws of motion.

Reference:
https://www.history.com/news/did-an-apple-really-fall-on-isaac-newtons-head#:~:text=There's%20no%20evidence%20to%20suggest,his%20law%20of%20universal%20gravitation.

Based on the video that was shown newton was sitting under on apple tree then the apple fell on his head and he suddenly thought of the universal law of gravitational. It's possible that isaac newton thought of the universal law of gravitation but there's no proof that the apple really fell on Isaac's head because newton known as one of the famous philosopher. And based on the site that I read they prove that he really thought of the specific topic. He knew that the force that caused the apple's acceleration must be dependent upon the mass of the apple. And since the force acting to cause the apple's downward acceleration also causes the earth's upward acceleration , that force must also depend upon the mass of the earth. He compared the acceleration of the moon to the acceleration of objects on earth. Believing that gravitational forces were responsible for each, Newton was able to draw an important conclusion about the dependence of gravity upon distance. This comparison led him to conclude that the force of gravitational attraction between the Earth and other objects is inversely proportional to the distance separating the earth's center from the object's center.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.history.com/.amp/news/did-an-apple-really-fall-on-isaac-newtons-head
https://www.physicsclassroom.com/class/circles/Lesson-3/Newton-s-Law-of-Universal-Gravitation

Is the story of the falling apple true?

Newton was indeed sitting under an apple tree when he had his so-called “eureka” moment on how gravity worked. However, it would seem that the apple didn’t fall directly on his head - at least there is no documented evidence of this. But if you discount the notion that he near instantly fleshed out his universal theory and the “fell on his head” bit, the common story is pretty accurate.

https://gizmodo.com/did-an-inspirational-apple-really-fall-on-newtons-head-1450597571
