Physical theatre is a type of body-based theater which means instead of using your mind you use your body to show the performance which is shown when Lecoq says "the body knows things about which the mind ignorant, from the spectator's point of view." (Callery, 2001, p.4)I like this quiet because when we were doing lifts and showing different ways of moving the spaces it could show the audience a more interesting way of showing how as dancers we can do more to give the audience a performance they would like to see again if they could.

If we were going to do this project again I believe what we could improve is think more on why do we what do a immersive theater dances peace, also to add on to this we could of worked on more on telling the audiences were we wanted them to go because we did what to push the audiences in to the center of the newspaper but this did not happed so the ending were we though the newspaper at them did not work.

I found it hard to do some of the lifts because I was not used to lifting people and remembering to breathe in and out so my body would be lighter so the person I was lifting or lifting me could do it with ease. and getting the right precision to lift them without injuring them or my self.

in this process, I believe that we could have had better communication with each other so we knew what we wanted out of the video-making and we would have done better if we had more time to come up with different ideas for the video, we had to do something around opposition, so we went how each of us are different in our own way, but we could have gone with tech position like computers and books which is opposite, but the downside to that is hard to dances with something like a laptop then it is to dances with a book.

in this process, I believe that we could have had better communication with each other so we knew what we wanted out of the video-making. we could have looked at different places to do the filming so it was not just base at the university, which would made it better as well to go with them, that we were set.

tacking the feedback from our lecture I think we found a way of taking a minute and actually thinking about what we need to do so we can do the lifts properly because were just went into without thinking what we needed to do so we could lifted.
