He eulogized two important American representatives, Representatives Walter Capps and Sonny Bono. October 28, 1997, Representative Mr Walter Capps passed away at the age due to a heart attack. In addition, On January 5, 1998 Representative Mr Sonny Bono unfortunately died in bad skiing accident at the age of 62. President Bill Clinton did a very good deed remembering these to great people to all of America on  national television. He honored them and their families. Bush made an address to America on the invasion of Iraq. On August 2nd Iraq invaded one of their small neighbor, Kuwait.  They were attacked and degraded. Five months prior to this address, Saddam Hussein waged war on Kuwait, now American is joining the battle. Because of sadddam Hussein not stoping their invasion, as President Bush reported to us, air attacks were underway against military targets in Iraq. Bush said that the military would  also destroy his chemical weapons facilities, artillery and tanks. Saddam was told many times, "to get out or be driven out" but he arrogantly rejected all the warnings.
