-The thing that I had done was double check the information that I had wrote about the Perak Museum. 

-It is to ensure the information that I got and wrote is accurate and legal. 

-If the information that I had wrote had problem, it might influence the image of the workplace.

-Besides, I also assist my colleague in editing picture.

-It is a coffee factory which many tourists visit.

-The thing that I had learn today is get the correct information from the right website because some of the website might had some mistake or the information might not very accurate.

-Besides, I had also learned how to post write a post in Facebook to promote the certain places 

-I had been noticed that we will going to Maxwell Hill yesterday. 

-The activity of today is on Maxwell Hill (Bukit Larut). 

-At the Maxwell Hill, we had been visited and done the task of work which had been asked to do. The things which had been asked to do is checking the assets of the buildings.

The equipment which had used was mechanical pencil.

-It used to mark the assets which still had in the buildings.

-It is a challenge and memorable experience which I had been through because I had learned the new things on today. 

-The challenge which had face was there was when checking the asset, some code number and assets not found. 

-The solution which had applied was mark down the assets which not found and inform to the staff of Maxwell Hill.

-The person in charge in Maxwell Hill are helpful and kindness. They had thought us new knowledge. There are few buildings which had been went which are:

-After I used elevator to the first floor of self-report place (tempat lapor diri) which is Management Service Department (Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan). 

-The placement of department I had is Corporate, Public Relations and Tourism Division ( Bahagian Korporat, Perhubungan Awam dan Pelancongan).

 -I meet few of my friends who is same course and university.  

-About 9 morning, Miss Wiyah, who is responsible for internship student at Taiping Municipal Council (Majlis Perbandaran Taiping), had gave several of explanation things should be followed and things which is not allowed. 

-Miss Wiyah had assigned us to few departments. Miss Wiyah had Husna, Hanis and me to Taiping Municipal Gallery. It is a beautiful place to visit. 

-The staff at there had gave few clarifications about the Taiping Municipal Gallery and recognize few beautiful places should be travel in Perak. 

-Staff also had given three booklets to read and understand more detail information. 

-There had a number of family members visit there.

-I had introduced few places should be visit during their vacation. 

-There is a challenge which I had face which is I stuck on the question the visitor asked which I do not understand to reply them. 

-If the question which I not sure, I will go to ask the staff and learnt from it.

-From there, I can learn that there are still have many things or information which I still can learned in future.

-It is a nature place to visit.

-They had provided the nasi lemak and black coffee to serve us. The head of tourism unit Mr Mus had some discussion with the resident of the Ulu Tupai and the owner of an accommodation for the traveller which at Ulu Tupai Rimba Alam.

-After the discussion, my colleagues, senior staffs of the department which we work together and me were went to the waterfall and enjoy the nature environment of the waterfall at there. 

-We left there at around 11morning. 

-The second trip was started at around 2.30 p.m., because the driver from Taiping Municipal Council had reached at the gallery. 

-We went to the Batu Kurau. 

-The second journey of the first station we went was Bengkel Kelarai Bertam. 

-I had saw the way how to produce the rattan. It had few types of products which made from rattan. 

-Next station was Sempeneh River Front. 

-It had provided few activities and some different types of accommodation for tourist or visitors. 

-For example, activities are flying fox, camping and others. The owner there served us with few types of tasty food. 

-After that, we went to kelulut house. It had shown us the process to make the honey and it was sell the product which made from honey kelulut. The taste of honey was a little sweet and sour. The last place we went was getting the dinner.

-When the students come, my colleagues go out serve them, but for me, I had try help Mr Jas, who come from Maxwell Hill, because Mr Jas come and ask for help looking the way to scan documents in the desktop. 

-Finally, my colleagues had used an apps to solve the problem. 

-Besides, I had finally done listed about 133quantity of the restaurant in the area of Larut Matang & Selama and send the list of the program from Facebook which organized by Program Inisiatif Komuniti Taiping – PINK. 

-I also prepare the information which want to write and post about the Taiping Prison Gallery (Galeri Penjara Taiping)

-The equipment that I had used was laptop and phone

-Things that I had learnt was how to use certain apps for work.

-It had fifty-four quantity of spa which had complete or the information which I needed related to the company, for example, name. address, contact number and business hours. 

-Besides, I also still listed out the date post and name of the program and the date when organized that programme from Facebook of the Program Inisiatif Komuniti Taiping – PINK.

-The equipment that I had used was laptop.

-The thing that I had learnt was focus because it needed time to search the business of spa which had in this city and spent time to list out the programme from Facebook.

-It is because I still had to continue listed out the information from other restaurants. 

-This stuff needed to look for it clearly to avoid making mistake. 

-I had listed as much as I can from these few days.

-Thing that I had learnt was persisted. 

-Mrs Huda had teaching me how to call other hotel with proper way which is “Hi, nama saya Cheah, dari Unit Pelancongan Majlis Perbandaran Taiping. Saya nak Kadar Penghunian Hotel. Boleh saya cakap dengan person in charge?” and I still needed to repeat the sentences when I talk to the person in charge. 

-It is a challenge to me because some of the owner will need time to prepare the rate of occupancy in the hotel for January until March 2022.

-Some of it still less few months of rate, so I had to call back afternoon.

-Thing that I had learnt was be patience. 

-Equipment that I had used was telephone in the office, paper and pen. I used telephone in the office to contact the relevant parties at the hotel. 

-The thing that I plan to post in Facebook for tomorrow is Taiping Prison Gallery.

-I double check the pictures and the information that I collected is useful for tomorrow posting.

-Originally, I want to post the information about the Taiping Prison Gallery, but due to the post of the yesterday had already post information about gallery, so today I had to change to Trong Leisure Farm & Resort.

-Through preparation and posted of that information, I had acknowledged that every post on the Facebook need the permit from the relevant parties. 

-It need to study early because want to have enough information and avoid the mistake.

-It is also because the thing which write or post on the Facebook will have number of people see. 

-If the information has any mistake or problem, it might make people misunderstood the information.

-Thing that I had learned was some information about the Trong Leisure Farm & Resort

-Tool that I used today was Taiping Municipal Council _ Taiping Book The Guide_Edition 2 (Majlis Perbandaran Taiping _ Buku Taiping The Guide_Edisi 2)

-Besides, I had posted the information and pictures of Perak Botanical Garden, Taiping in Facebook of Fascinating Taiping. I had checked the information before I post in the Facebook. It may make me prevent from giving any mistaken.

-The thing that I had learned was check the information before posting.

-I had used map on the wall to explain and used laptop to wrote the information

-It is for easy myself in future if I had busy with other stuff of work and no need to see back and list out the date of the padlet which I need to do. 

-There are two people came to gallery by today. I had recommended and explanation few places which can be travelled for their next journey.

-The thing that I had learned was list out the activities that I had done during internship.

-The equipment that I had used was software of the laptop 

-I had checked every information in single word that I had wrote about Ethno Valley. It is to avoid mistake happened.

- I also posted the information of Ethno Valley in the Facebook pages of Fascinating Taiping with few pictures of that Ethno Valley. It is to let public understand few things which had in the Ethno Valley that can visit from it. If visitors had any doubt about that place, people can contact the number which had provided in that post. 

-The third thing that I had done for today was planned the next attracting places which will post coming soon. The next location which I had planned was Perak Botanical Garden, Taiping. 

-It is located near to the Taiping Lake Garden and it also planting with variety types of plants. I had already asked the staff Miss Ayu to get some photo of the Ethno Valley. 

-There also have few visitors came to gallery today. I had given few explanations or suggestion of the places which they may go for their next journey. I also had given few brief explanations of Taiping.

-I used laptop as the main equipment during this internship.

-The thing that I had learned was brief information of the Ethno Valley which the main product was herbal.

-The calculation about it needed the accurate rate from the certain hotel.

-The first thing which need to do is calculate the total number of the room should sell per day which it needed to use total of rooms times 365days. 

-The second thing is calculating the number of occupancy rate which is percentage of occupancy divide 100%, then times (total of room in the hotel times how many days which had per months). 

-The third thing is calculating the total number of occupancy which is add all the number of occupancy which had.

-The fourth thing which need to do is use (the total of rooms times 365days) divide the total number of occupancy. 

-The last thing is adding all the rating of the occupancy room divide by three months. 

-Besides, I also design a new poster with some idea from the permanent staff here. 

-Mrs Huda had gave me some idea about the poster.

-The equipment that I had used for today were mechanical pencil, eraser, calculator and laptop.

-Mechanical pencil and eraser were used for record and erase the unwanted or wrong words.

-Calculator was used for calculated the numbering and the number of occupancy rate while laptop was used for editing the poster.

-The new knowledge that I had learned was the step to calculate the occupancy rate.

-During morning, I had contacted some hotel to ask for the data, but it still had some hotel not yet provided the data, so I had to wait until Friday to contact again. 

-Besides, I also had posted the information about Taiping Municipal Gallery in Facebook. 

-Before posted in the Facebook, I had checked again the words and information are accurate. 

-The third thing that I had learned was created a poster for coming celebration of “Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri”. 

-I am weak on created the poster, so my colleagues had thought me the way to create the poster for coming celebration day. I feel thankful to my colleagues for helping me.

-Thing that I had learned was how to create the poster by using certain software.

-The equipment that I had used were telephone and laptop.

-It is easy me when I upload the information of the Kamunting Lake Garden which will insert it together with the pictures.  

-There were two customers from a family came to visit Taiping Municipal Gallery. My colleague had served them. I stand aside and learned. 

-I had also learned some extra knowledge from her on the way she explained to customers. 

-Laptop was the tool that I used for the post.

 

-So, I had to reload again few time the Facebook of Fascinating Taiping pages. Before posted it, I had rechecked again the information of it. Mrs Huda had asked us to list out ten news, but because of the information that want was not very much, so I had continued with my work on posted and while my colleagues doing their work, I went to serve customers. 

-There were four men came to Taiping Municipal Gallery.  They were just one day trip, so I had suggested few locations which can went when they came for next trip, such as Taiping Lake Garden, Perak Botanical Garden Taiping, ATV Adventure, Burmese Pool and much more which around Taiping area. The second time that I promoted attracted places in Taiping was to a person who came from Kuala Lumpur. 

-After that, I also assist my colleague to answer some other question which has doubt.

-Besides, I had done wrote the information of the Burmese Pool before posted in the Facebook of Fascinating Taiping. 

I had planned to post information of Burmese Pool on the Facebook, but due to it had already got other information that had posted in the Fascinating Taiping, so I had to postpone my planned of posting to tomorrow.

-I had prepared another folder for coming posting on Wednesday. That folder will have pictures of the Burmese Pool. I had pictures from the staff here. 

-Besides, today had two couple arrived at here and my colleague went service and promoted Taiping. I had stand aside to stand by in case needed.

-The first group had seven travellers where came from Kedah for two days. The second group had three visitors where came from Taiping. I had provided brief explanation about this gallery and recommended few places which can be travelled for their next journey.

-I also had search a new information which related of coming posting in Fascinating Taiping. I had decided to wrote information related to Taiping Heritage Trail (Jejak Warisan Taiping).

-I had learned some new technique of designing.

-The equipment that I had used were brochure from gallery and laptop. 

-The information that I got was from the brochure of Taiping Municipal Gallery. After finish wrote the information, I double checked it. 

-Then, I had posted it on the Facebook of Fascinating Taiping. I posted it together with the beautiful view picture of Kamunting Lake Garden. It is to let other know how is it the Kamunting Lake Garden looks like.

-I also had enclosed two documents with wrote the information which necessary.

-I had learned how to enclosed the document

-The equipment that I used was the brochure, laptop, cop, pen and correction tape.

-The first thing I had know was for the received letter. If for received letter or document, use the cop which had label 10. The cop must use red colour if received document and cop at the top of the document while the cop which had label of date and company logo, cop it at the bottom of the document. The date of the cop must on the date of received. After cop, must clip a hole at the top of left side. 

-Next, it also needs to use red colour of cop which have label “surat yang dimasukkan”. At that cop, it has the words of “______, bil_____, tarikh____, daripada _____ dimasukkan ______.” 

-On the other hand, if the document which we send out, I need to use cop with label 10 and use blue colour ink and black pen to write the next number of documents. Besides, it also need to use cop “surat keluar” and write the information it need on the other paper.

-The new knowledge that I had learned was how to enclosed the documents

-The tools that I had used were cop, ink, pen and correction tape. It used to record the documents.

-There were four tourists where came as family. I had provided some short explanations for tourists and recommended few attracting places for them. The group of family had bought two umbrellas because that time they were rushing time to go for next stations.

-I had promoted few destinations for them although they were last day on Taiping. I also had guided them to the storage room which already was historical. I gave short explanation of Taiping Municipal Gallery. 

-After that, there had one visitor from Kuala Lumpur and another two persons from Bagan Serai came to visit. I had recommended few places to visit. 

-The thing that I had learned was communication

-The tool that I had used was tourism guidance book for the tourist and explain the product of tourism for tourist in front of the map on the wall.

-There were three places which I had go which were Charcoal Factory, Taiping Lake Garden and Zoo. It is a sweet memorable trip for this morning. 

-I had help took few photos for tourists. 

-This was the first time I saw a group of international foreigners came to visit Taiping. I had taken few photos and videos for this trip. 

-I had been increased the knowledge when I was at charcoal factory. It was because I had heard the process of making charcoal. 

-Besides, I had known that few changes had been since the last time I was at zoo. I am so happy that the staffs of Taiping Municipal Gallery gave me an opportunity to look new things and increase the knowledge. I also had taken few pictures and videos of those destinations.

-Thing that I had learned was the process of making charcoal and environment of the zoo

-The tool that I had used was smart phone to take photo and record video

-They were friendly to talk with us. I had recommended few destinations and things which can eat in Taiping.

-They had told that they just pass by Taiping because their main destination to visit is Lost World Tambun. I had given them few brief explanations of attracting places. 

-There was a person who came from Kuala Sepetang visited here. I helped him take few photos on the Taiping Municipal Gallery. Besides, I also help take some gift for event on today to the transport 

-arranged the chairs and table for Amanah Raya with my colleagues. 

-The thing that I had learned was technique to take photo

-The equipment that I had used was mobile phone.

-Although that place had close for maintenance, but the outlook of The Taiping Clock Tower is still attracting. 

-It had many centuries of history which was sign of representatives Taiping. I also had done wrote information of it and posted in the Facebook of Fascinating Taiping. 

-Next, I had corporate with my colleagues to arrange the gift which needed for event on tomorrow.

-Firstly, we had classified all umbrellas which had been influenced or not. Next, we had brought those umbrellas which had influenced or dirty and need to wash it.

-After washed, we had brought umbrellas to put side and wait until dry. If dry, we had kept it.

-The tools that had used were garbage beg and brooms.

- It was one of the Taiping Heritage Trails which can be visited by tourists.

- I had put some extra information such as contact number of that hotel as the reference. It is to in case tourists has any doubt about that hotel. I had posted that information in Facebook of Fascinating Taiping

-He adjusted the photostat machine to outside office because it needed router or WiFi to function. He had asked me to inform Miss Ayu who is permenant staff at here to tell the bendor came here to setting the photostat machine. 

-Besides, there was a tourist who bring by a tour guide who call as Miss Hanis. Miss Hanis had brought the tourist who came from Kuala Lumpur to visit here and she explained to the tourist about the Taiping. 

-The explanation from Miss Hanis to the tourist was attracting me.

-I had informed both things to Miss Ayu when she came back to gallery. There were four tourists came here. I had also given some brief explanations about Taiping and let them knew what special about this gallery which they can knew. I also assist to explain some brief information about Spritzer to the tourist who came from Singapore.

-In my opinion, I think this organized was good because I had learned that it can enhanced friendship with others. 

-There were two group of visitors came to gallery. 

-The first group of people was a couple who the man is Taiping citizen and another is Singaporean. 

-The second group was had around ten people where were Kedah residents. I had promoted few interesting locations and some places where had sell delicious foods in Taiping. 

-Besides, I had done wrote about history of Kwang Tung Association and posted in Facebook of Fascinating Taiping. I posted it together with the picture.

-There were four groups of visitors came from Penang and Johor. Visitors from Penang only had one group and form by four people whereas visitors from Johor had few groups where had just come by himself and few people from a family. 

-I had promoted few places which available to visit in Taiping and some food courts or restaurants in Taiping which they can taste or try.

-The thing that I had learned was communication.

-The equipment that I had used were brochure, tourism guidance book and map on the wall.

-I had served the visitors from Klang and suggested few places where they can visit. 

-I also recommended prawn mee Mak Teh in Kuala Sepetang which got good review from the tourists. 

-Besides, I had enclosed the documents according the procedure. If received the documents, I had to use red chop and pen to record the documents whereas if want to send out the documents, use blue cop and black pen to record the documents. 

-Today, it had an organization which name “Amanah Raya” came gallery to settle the affairs of the people especially residents who not available to go to their company which located in Ipoh. 

-The employees from “Amanah Raya” had postponed or late to reach the gallery because there had accident happen during their journey. 

-They had to postpone and we help inform the people who had come early morning to wait for them.

-In that document, I had saved with the picture of it. It is for easy me for the coming next posting in Facebook.

-One of the visitors request the photostat, so I helped her print out that list. There were two group of travellers came to gallery. 

-The first gallery was a man who came from Hong Kong, China. 

-The second group were form by three visitors from Kuala Lumpur. 

-I had promoted and provided some brief explanation about product in Taiping or places which they can visited.

-I had done usual work which is promote the destinations which can visited for tourist.

-Communication was what I had learned

-The common things that will do when tourist came were explain the places that tourists or visitors can visit for their next stations. 

-Besides, tourists can see the specialty of gallery which is strong room. The reason strong room is special because the strong room is made by 600kg with metal. 

-I also had explained that the common activities at upstairs was used to organize some event or programme. 

-Not only that, I also type the pink program list in a document.

-That meeting had involved several of merchants from Berek Road Taiping. For example, Bank Rakyat, OCBC Bank, Travel and Tours company, and Prudential company. My colleague and me had responsible on attendance for who had attend the meeting. 

-We had given the merchants wrote their name, represent which company, email and signature from merchants. 

-This meeting is the discussion session for the Barracks Road Preservation Program. Besides, we had also need to serve merchants who came to the right places. 

-It is because I need to follow up or update the attendance for the programme on tomorrow. 

-I need to confirm the number of people or representatives of that company to appear on the programme. I had to try convince them to attend the programme. 

-Although I had try, but some of them still cannot attend due to lack of worker or employee to take care of the business, so that is the reason why they cannot attend to the programme.

-Besides, I also file the document according to the process which needed.

-Besides, I also assist with my colleagues to calculate the stock of souvenirs. 

-The staff had brought some stock of souvenirs which had sold at here. So, I also assist with my colleagues to count the total number of the stock which had brought.

-For example, tourism places in Taiping, Matang, Kuala Sepetang and Batu Kurau.

-There were two tourists come to gallery who come from Kuala Lumpur, although one of them was a citizen in Taiping

My colleague, Husna had assists me added some extra information for the tourists. There also had four people from different places such as Nilai and Taiping.

-Another group were from UiTM Machang and served by Husna, another colleagues from gallery.

-I had decided and done wrote about the All Saints Church as the theme of it. I had opened a new file to document the things that I had wrote and few pictures of All Saints Church Taiping in that file. 

-Although that place had temporarily closed, I still wrote about the history of it. It is let other understand the history and some information of it.

-Laptop was the tool that I  had used for the work

-The places which I had posted for today was Sikh Gurdwara Sahib Taiping. I opened a new folder to save the documents about Sikh Gurdwara Sahib Taiping. 

-Inside that folder, it had the picture of that building and the document which I had done wrote about it. 

-I had written the information such as brief story about Sikh Gurdwara Sahib Taiping with the address and the Facebook link of it. It is to ensure if the tourists or visitors had any doubt about this building or society, they can ask through the website that had given. 

-Besides, I had entertained a visitor who came from Singapore. I had recommended few locations which can visited and suggested few places which were museum for him. I also had promoted few popular foods which he can had in Taiping.

-I had presented and gave some explanations about few attracting places for them to visit for next journey. I had also show them the strong room which is the specialty of this gallery and tell them that strong room make by metal with the heavy of 600kg.
