Last year our students got to celebrate Lutheran Schools Week with a school wide dance at the end of the day. The students got to wear glow stick necklaces and we had a strobe light and turned the lights off. All students K-8 had a blast!

At our school we have fun dress up days. We invite our dad's to have donuts with us and mom's for muffins on a different day. This year we are having Arison for a concert. That is going to be great. 6:30 if anyone wants to come and listen to great music.

Our students have dress up each day. We do our chapel at 11:00 on Wednesday that week. Our students can invite grandparents or special people. Then they get to go out to lunch with them and return to school in an hour for cake and ice cream. We also have pancakes and pajamas on Friday. The older kids come early and help the principal make pancakes then we all enjoy them first thing in the morning.

We do one special activity that might be a little different than the normal...we have a walk-a-thon to raise money for our school. The students promise to walk a certain amount and parents pledge to donate according to that amount. It is a great time and with the whole school together!
