         <description><![CDATA[<div>I really associated myself with the phases of first year teachers attitudes. I feel like no matter what year of a teaching you are in you somewhat can relate to wave of emotions and it is comforting knowing everyone is feeling the same way. This correlates directly with resources and support given to new teachers. Without support from colleagues survival is difficult.  <br>Ch 2 <br>The part about Tim not bringing a pencil to school reminds me of my students, because for some of them not having a pencil is a rel life obstacle for them and handling that situation doesn't have to be as serious as we think.<br><br>Gemma <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chapter 2: I like how they related using UDL to menu-planning, you may have to accommodate students in all sorts of different way but still make sure they are getting the "nutrients" you need. So by thinking of all the barriers or obstacles first will help you implement these accommodations.  I also liked how on page 8 they broke it down into phases visually, it helped me to the guidelines. -Chelsea Ryan </div>]]></description>
