After graduating I want to improve the skills I learned in the university, to be the best in my job, so I can have a better economic income since I believe that having a degree I can have new opportunities in my professional life .

2. What is your dream company to work for? Why?

The company of my dreams that I want to work with is CEMEX Colombia for me is the most interesting company in our country. Cemex is the best company to offer innovative solutions for construction so they are the world leaders in cement production. That is why I want to work there, because they are the best and can offer me a lot of experience and knowledge.

3. Will you apply to that company as soon as you graduate ?

The first answer that comes to my mind is yes, but I feel that first I should be in other companies that will help me to have experience and the necessary tools to be able to send my application job to CEMEX. But I will work hard to get in.

The skills which I believe are necessary to work in my dream company are teamwork, creativity, strategic thinking, customer service orientation, leadership and information management.

5. Would you prefer to start your own bussines if you graduated this year?

At the moment it seems to me a difficult option because the country is in a complicated situation, but it could be an option in the future when everything is in the right order and it may be a good option for retirement as a life plan.

6. Would you continue your academic process if you had the chance to do it ?

I don't think it would be my first choice yet because I still have a lot of things to focus on, but it might be my second option because I will be able to grow as a person, I feel that right now there are other priorities.

7. What university an area would you choose to major ?

I wanted to major in project management at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, it is a place where I can learn a lot and meet different people who can be helpful to have contacts, not only for that, but because I would gain another perspective that helps my career. For me is one of the best universities in the country.

8. Wich could be your impact in your professional performance?

My impact in my professional career would be to develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of resources of architectural and civil projects oriented to improve the quality of life, this helps the economic and social progress of the country, with that we could present to the government different proposals to make Colombia a prosperous country and for everyone to have equality.
