My future plan is to start working in a good job so that I can start studying a postgraduate de gree either here in Colombia or if the opportunity arises to do it outside the conuntry on the country on the subject of roads.

2. What is the purpose of the plans you are making?

The purpuse of my plan is to gain more knowledge about my career and the subject that I am passionate about.

3. As a professional, do you thinks your plans can contribute to a better country and a better world? Why?
Yes, it will contribute, because as we have seen in the news, the roads of our country are not very well designed, obtaining the specialization in countries where the mobility and roads are excellent, I cant apply them in our country to improve mobility throughout Colombia.

As an engineer I should very serious because to manage personnel you have to know how to give the orders to ensure that they are complied with, I shouldn´t be responsible or relaxed since in work you must have a lot of attention in each activity that is performed. I don’t have to let corruption get into the work since it presents problems for everyone.

An example of this is when a complication occurs on the site, such as in the construction or improvement of a road where there are water and gas pipelines and when it is damaged, the engineer must decide what to do and how to solve it without affecting the community or the workers.
