         <description><![CDATA[<div>The pain is felt 24-72 hours after exercise.&nbsp;<br>It is caused by lengthening excises which causes small scale damage to muscle fibres.&nbsp;<br>Muscle fibres micro tears, When you exercise you place a lot of stress on your muscles which causes them to develop very small micro tears in them. These micro tears are nessersary for your muscles to grow and develop. <br><br></div>]]></description>
