Who talks about how he likes to mess with people and tell them stories about sinners just to sucker them in for their money, which he also says is the root of all evil in the tale he tells his customers, (lines 169-171). But yet he is the biggest sinner of them all, "I have a text, it always is the same and always has been, since I learnt the game", (lines 5-6). What he means by that is doesn't care for the people, only thing he cares about is the root of all evil, money.
