Even though skill, ability, and knowledge usually matter a lot more than physical differences, it still can't be excluded as it really depends on what people are capable of when doing something. For example, a person with significantly weaker eyesight than normal can't be a delivery driver, for example. A builder can't be paralyzed and a dancer can't have an amputated leg and do the same as a dancer who has both.
