Nowadays we see that the various progresses are intertwined. The infused state of the different STEM fields is the actual advancement itself. The convergence of progress in different areas will fundamentally change our social or individual life. But this depends entirely on decisions to be made. For example genome modification, cultivation and research about starting and sustaining life in space will be united at some point. Will we prove our citizenship with integrated chips in the body or will it be documented like today? Face recognition technology, robotics, big data, artificial intelligence and gps will be tools to make life easier for us, or to exclude us? It's not too much Black Mirror or Dr. Who. It's possible.
