Ruth still has hope, and through this whole financial crisis she seems to understand everyone's pain. I sympathize her because her whole family is a mess, and she is pregnant. On top of that she is really worried about the baby and Walter. Because Walter is acting really wild, and he doesn't seem to emotionally steady. Ruth seems like very good person, and she seems very caring. She was telling Walter that, " I don’t know where we lost it…but we have. I—I’m sorry about this new baby, Walter. It's not obvious to see who is suffering and going through hard times.
