She seems worry alot though, and she isn't sure what decisions she should make. “It is my business—where is he going to live, on the roof?” p. 58 This comment supports Ruth’s feeling about the small, claustrophobic nature of their living arrangement.

Ruth ruminates lot about life, and their 2nd baby, and their family problems. But Ruth was telling Walter, " Honey…life don’t have to be like this. I mean sometimes people can do things so that things are better…You remember how we used to talk when Travis was born…about the way we were going to live…the kind of house…Well, it’s all starting to slip away from us…” p. 89

I think Ruth is a good person because she is going through lot but she still holding.
Ruth still has hope, and through this whole financial crisis she seems to understand everyone's pain. I sympathize her because her whole family is a mess, and she is pregnant. On top of that she is really worried about the baby and Walter. Because Walter is acting really wild, and he doesn't seem to emotionally steady. Ruth seems like very good person, and she seems very caring. She was telling Walter that, " I don’t know where we lost it…but we have. I—I’m sorry about this new baby, Walter. I guess maybe I better go on and do what I started…I guess I just didn’t realize how bad things was with us.” P. 87

This image shows us how the woman are working. As you see they have pots on their heads and they seem to be on grassy field. This picture resembles " Raisin in The Sun" because Ruth is always being useful to the family, and she is always working. The art conveys how they women used to work, and how they are dressed, and what they will doing.

A poem that related to Ruth, " You never understand life until it grows inside of you." This poem relates to Ruth because Ruth can never understand life until you really take time to understand it. Ruth has taken the time to realize her life, and her story, and she has told her story.

The lyrics relates to Ruth because woman during that time period needed to know that they can go far, and that they can achieve anything, because we are unstoppable. Ruth needs to know that even though they are not financially stable they can still make it through.

Society needs to know how to help people who are poor, and going through poverty. It's not obvious to see who is suffering and going through hard times. They should at least get a taste of being in peace and financially stable, and should get a little bit of freedom. “Well—well!—All I can say is –if this is my time in life—MY TIME—to say goodbye to these goddamn cracking walls!—and these marching roaches!— and this cramped little closet which ain’t now or never was no kitchen! …then I say it loud and good, HALLELUJAH! AND GOODBYE MISERY…I DON’T NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR UGLY FACE AGAIN!” P. 93,94
They all want to get out of that house, including Ruth.
