Students are stubborn and prioritise enjoyment over studying.

Ask parents to set time limits on devices so they dont spend too much time

School can have counselling. Counsel students with addiction etc.

Encourage students to participate in outdoors activity.

More recess activities during recess. Like exhibition showing the cons of mobile use and distractions etc.

Students find information boring so they don't care.

Exhibition would probably be effective for the lower primary, not so much for the upper-primary students. Hold games /activities with incentives such as prizes to encourage the upper primary. Possible prizes include snacks/card games.
