Trevor Noah loved to read. He was always trying to find books to read. His love of reading helped him bear the stress of Apartheid, and led to him being perceived as smart by the people around him. Reading taught Trevor Noah many things, and helped bolster his love of learning. This led to Noah being admitted to University on a scholarship.

Skylar also loves to read. Books have taught him many things, and will continue to make him love to learn. At one point this year, Hilton was not 'being played' during soccer games as much as he had liked. Our coach did not believe he was deserved of much playing time. Skylar is almost always level-headed, and is able to make decisions quickly. Even while living paycheck-to-paycheck, there was always food on the table. He was able to escape these situations, although not always unscathed. One example was when Noah used his language skills to evade being mugged. Another occurred when he was thrown from a bus by his mother when he and his mother were being threatened by the bus driver - a member of an opposing tribe.

Skylar has never knowingly been in such severe life-threatening situations as these, although he has been in several very dangerous towns and neighborhoods. Trevor Noah thoroughly explained that he and his mother were extremely fast runners. His running skills, once used to win the 'sports day' at a University, were also allegedly used to run from dangerous situations. Noah and his mother used their running abilities to run from the bus after the jumped - or were thrown - from it. 

Hilton and Skylar are both fast, but neither of them need to use their running abilities to run from life-threatening situations. Their abilities have been put to use in sports, but may one day become useful in the event of a dangerous situation as well. In this, both Skylar and Hilton would be able to handle Trevor Noah's situations in a similar manner.
