Have a live Google Sheet with Car Rider Names by teacher. Caller opens live sheet and clicks on student name, and everyone inside gets to see the name highlighted green for here; and red for gone.

Also, we need Kinder stop sign to differentiate where 1st and Kinder get picked up.

Siblings in PK/K Pods

Parents were picking up younger siblings without older siblings. Parents would be sent to older siblings pod despite older siblings already being in PK/K Pods.

Walker group dismissal times

We had parents confused/worried about when their walk would be released.

Some parents went into the car rider line because they did not know about the different groups being let out at different times.

Walkers

We had parents walking across Cherrybrook onto the campus to pick the kids up with car tags. Mr. Peña was in Kinder so I got him to speak with them. Some were upset that we spoke to and asked to go back across Cherrybrook after we explained that walk alones had to be escorted by staff across the street and then could be picked up.

Looking For Students

Pod monitors should be aware of all the students in their pod, ensuring they know each student's name (by checking name tags). Runners asked for students, only to be told that the student wasn't present, when in fact, they were sitting in the pod the whole time—just asleep or not paying attention.

Arrival in SPED/Pre-K

In the morning when students were being dropped off by the SPED Bus and Regular kids Buses, I noticed some parents were getting frustrated and I noticed a staff member trying to direct traffic in the bus turn around to go around the bus while kids are getting off (giving parents special privileges). There is a stop sign in the fork area (white stripes) that parents need to wait. I understand these parents frustration of wanting to go around the buses, but as a staff member myself, I think we need to follow the rules for safety precautions. Some parents may need to walk their children from the side walk and cross the lanes to get their children to school. Also another thing that concerns me is that parents have the need to speed in those lanes and as I said parents are walking their children, crossing those lanes.

Pre-K monitors

An issue in the pre-k car rider line was waiting for pre-k siblings. The staff loading the cars shouldn’t be the one picking up and looking for missing students . The monitors inside should ensure each group of student that goes out is complete and if a student is missing they should locate the student instead of the staff loading the cars to go in and locate missing students.

to get parents trained, make signs that say "exit left once student is unloaded" since the outside lane is open. this would move traffic a little quicker.

Is it possible for teachers to add their sibling name on their tags so the teacher's in the pod know the siblings' name and what grade? saw a lot of car tags with no sibling, but had sibling stickers... would make things go faster
