         <description><![CDATA[<div>Died in October 24, 1601. <strong>A Danish nobleman, </strong><a href="http://www-groups.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Brahe.html"><strong>Tycho Brahe </strong></a><strong>(1546-1601), made important contributions by devising the most precise instruments available before the invention of the telescope for observing the heavens.
