         <description><![CDATA[<div>Feedback can only build on learning, if there is no learning, the feedback is not going to move the learners forward.<br><br>Practice does not make the learner better unless&nbsp; perfect the learner realises the mistake and not repeat&nbsp; it.<br><br>Too much guidance can  lead to learner not learning and simply dependent on the teacher.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Responding to marking encourages children to read their marked work again &amp; it is also another way of communicating between teachers &amp; students.&nbsp;<br><br>Margin marking helps children look through their work again and to spot their own mistakes which they can make sense &amp; refrain from making them again. It also promotes the child doing the thinking rather than the teacher. </div>]]></description>
