Two plates collided and created the earthquake. Then a natural disaster just as bad as the earthquake happened. A huge wave from the ocean drowned and drenched the island of  Japan. Hundereds of kids and adults died that day, but, since Japan is known for big earthquakes and tsunamis, schools in Japan have came up with a saftey plan. Just like our school has fire drills, Japans schools have tsunami and earthquake drills. With helpful reasearch conducted by scientists, schools are now informed  on how to get to safety. Japan even has tsunanami and earthquake classes. Now those are only some of the facts and history of earthquakes. I just couldn't write more.
