Name of participants: Michelle Lew, Efizah, Uresh, Fadhilah, Hazreen, Daniel, Hoon Hoon, Nisha, Thilaga, John, Jeremy, Peter, Yijin, Agnes, Bala, Wai Ling, Raj, Seng Kuang, Veeva Esther, Bee Li and Joyce

Scribe: Soon Hui

Questions:

1) Can 2024 practices be captured in 2025 MAPP?

2) MAPP can get "congested" and confusing when they are pictures and descriptions under the "Artefacts" section.

3) There is an additional "leading" band in self-assessment.

Answers:

1) Yes, teachers are able to use past assessment practices for MAPP in 2025. However, it will be good to make some modifications and try them out in class this year. In addition, teachers can refer to the compilation of MAPP exemplars sent out by Michelle as reference on what they can showcase as artefacts.

2) It is not necessary to include many different types of artefacts in MAPP. The quantity does not matter. What is more important is that teachers reflect and think about the effectiveness of their assessment practices. Goals in EPMS must be aligned to the focus in MAPP. Teachers can decide on their own focus.

3) For teachers who are leading others, they can even include artefacts taken from national or cluster sharings.

4) At the end of the year, teachers should reflect on their assessment practices and pen down their reflections in MAPP.
