Wang's Comments on team prelim analysis

Hello Team,
Once you are happy with editing, please submit a hardcopy to me, drop it into my pigeon hole and kickstart report writing.

Specific comments:

"COE prices in Singapore Lowest 8 years"
This is difficult to analyze since its a blog post with much analysis done already instead of news article.

You've extracted essential bits affecting the demand and supply of the car market but analysis can be of greater depth. In your report, you might want to illustrate the impact of specific factors affecting demand and supply (where applicable, relating to the content) to further examine the happenings. As the blog post contained a series of happenings over the years, you could pick and choose appropriate ones that you want to focus on, don't kill yourselves by doing all. :)

"Slump in Singapore vehicle sales...."
Similar comments as above, more prelim analysis needed. Sieve out the particular factors affecting demand, one key point not identified yet.

"Small car- COE prices lowest....."
I see a bit more prelim analysis here. Good! Do extend this further in your report. Also, as you noticed, there's overlapping content between this and the other two choice ones so do group your analysis in report by economic topic/concepts rather than by articles.
Also, what are the three topics that you will be covering? I infer that demand and supply is one while quota is another one. What is the third? Elasticity?
