A housing estate also provides facilities and amenities that residents may find it convenient and interesting. 

It is convenient as it will take a few minutes to walk from home to the mall and if you ever need to purchase anything at the very last minute, the residents can always travel to the mall by just walking in order to get the stuff they need. It is also interesting as the residents may get to explore new places in the housing estate and just enjoy the breathtaking view. The residents will never feel tired or bored of staying at home for the whole day, instead, they could go out and explore the neighbourhood.
