         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Alzheimer's is a type of dementia that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior.<br>There are many causes of alzheimer's such as genes passed down, aging, environmental factors. There's also a lot of unknown in this disease. <br>The symptoms of alzheimer's<br> are:<br>Depression, hallucination, paranoia, irritability, difficulty with self care, jumbled speech, loss of appetite, anger, apathy. <br>The most common age for alzheimers to appear is anywhere after 60. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Asperger syndrome is a condition on the autism spectrum, with generally higher functioning. It's characterized by having problems with social interactions and nonverbal communication. The exact cause is unknown, environmental roles may play a role. <br>Symptoms are: Anger, aggression, compulsive behavior, social isolation, anxiety, learning disabilities, social awkwardness.  <br>Most common age for Aspergers to appear is about 3-4 years old. However it can develop at anytime in your life. <br>Treatment consists of therapy and self care. Depending on what symptoms you have treatments can vary. <br>20% of kids with this condition "grow out of it". Many just learn to cope and it's less of a obstacle. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cerebral Palsy is a group of permanent movement disorders that appear in early childhood. <br>It's caused by abnormal development of the brain or damage to the developing brain. <br><br>Symptoms are speech delay, stuttering, inability to walk, overactive reflexes, muscle weakness, muscle spasm. <br>Most symptoms show up in kids at age 3-5. <br>Treatments include surgery, self care, therapy, medications, physical education. <br>The prognosis is different for every person, some are able to overcome a lot of symptoms but some may never walk or have regular muscle movements. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bell's palsy is a condition in which the muscles on one side of your face become weak or paralyzed. <br>It occurs when the seventh cranial nerve becomes swollen or compressed, resulting in facial weakness or paralysis. The exact cause is unknown, it is thought to be caused by viral infections. Symptoms include pain in the ear, abnormal taste, sensitivity to noise, facial muscle weakness, drooling, dry eyes. <br>It usually shows up in middle aged people, very rare to appear before age 15 and after age 60. <br>There is no cure for this condition, you can get physical therapy, medications, steroids, and special devices to help your muscles. <br>The <strong>prognosis</strong> is generally very good. With or without <strong>treatment</strong>, most begin to get better within 2 weeks after the initial onset of symptoms and most recover completely, returning to normal function within 3 to 6 months. For some, however, the symptoms may last longer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Epilepsy is a disorder where the nerve cell activity in the brain is disturbed, causing seizures. <br>Causes for epilepsy are head trauma, brain conditions, brain tumor, stroke. <br>Symptoms are seizures, muscle spasms, anxiety, amnesia, paralysis. <br>It can appear at any age but is most common in people older than 20. <br>The only treatment option is medication. <br>The prognosis heavily depends on what medication you take and how well it works for you. Some people can go years without having seizures.  <br><br></div>]]></description>
