I believe as teachers we must be decisive in class. The reflective theory which connects with this is Schön's reflective model.
Specially, whenever we use any DT tool in class accompanied with slow internet connection, it becomes more likely to always have plan B.
Same goes with slow netbooks!
In that situation, Reflection -in- action helps a lot. You have to assess the event right then and there, making an effective change.

To conclude, I'd say that each reflective theory promises its own features. Gibbs's reflection cycle is more comprehensive and provides better understanding of problem and solution.
To me, Schön's is simpler yet effective!

1. Reflection arises from an experience.
2. Reflection includes multiple stages which makes it a cyclic process.
3. Reflection brings clarity of understanding.
4. It always directs and guides us towards the next action attempt.
5. Reflection can be done when needed. (During or after the process)
6. Being a reflective practitioner, I can easily relate to Gibbs and Schon's model of reflection.
