I was born in Texas, but my whole family is Mexican and I was also raised in Mexico. I have always ate Mexican food, follow traditions, and speak Spanish in my house. Some of our morals are different than Americans, so sometimes when I'm around a lot of Americans, the things they do still surprise me. I dance, and listen to Mexican music. I will also teach Spanish, dancing, the food, and Mexican morals to my future kids.

My whole family has always been Catholic, so when I was born, I was baptized at 2 years old. I went to church every Sunday growing up. Now that I am older, I don't go to church as much, but I still pray, and believe in everything, and It will always be a part of my life.

When I was a little girl, seeing people do braids was fascinating. I asked my friends how to do it, and no one ever knew. I figured it out by myself and practiced a lot. I got better, and now I can do a variety of styles on all kinds of people. I started doing peoples hair for fun, and now people pay me. I only keep doing it because I love it, one day I will open a salon.
ABOVE IS A PICTURE OF BRAIDS THAT I DID
