I have done this in many different ways over the past years. Having the families' voice represented in a visual way is a reminder of their hopes and values that you can see and reflect on throughout the year Here is an article that elaborates. -Learn more about leadership in an early childhood setting; use this knowledge to grow as a leader
-Build a portfolio of resources that I can use now and later pertaining to things like leadership, neurological development, parent-teacher relationship building, coworker relationship building, technology in the classroom, etc.

I would love to find out how to become more of an activist and ally for children and families within my school and within our state as well. I would also like to grow my creativity in the classroom in terms of thinking of activities that are interesting and applicable for the children. Finally, one of my biggest hopes for this practicum is to continue to fuel my passion for working with children long term.
