One sentence description:
Billions of people using elevator and escalator safely. No one notice but Schindler transport everything.

Customer need:
Point A to point B. Safely. Journey can take to10 seconds to 75 seconds depend on the travel distance.  There is an opportunity for Schindler to wake up people emotions during the journey, very common are install TV with add on it, but we can be more than that. we can offer "experience journey".

How Does it works
Together with other company than can provide interactive tv screen tat can provide 4D experience with the user. Not just add, but also sensations.   Engage users digitally (via CCTV and mobile phones and facial recognition, etc) and identify yuu rewards member and personalise the engagement experience.

Who does involve
Schindler, Building owner, add agency.  Collaboration with HKLand (landlord and tenants) and Jardines businesses (IKEA, KFC, Wellcome, etc...)
