I logged in 15 minutes earlier to check my connection and ensure everything was working before the meeting started. However, I am facing an issue when trying to log in. The system keeps logging me out and showing an error message that says “Runtime Error.” I pressed both “Continue” to see if it would log me in and “Cancel” to quit, but nothing changed. I don’t understand why this is happening because I upgraded my laptop and checked everything the day before.

I'm writing this email to request a solution for an obstacle I'm facing.

I'm a team leader for the safety project you asigned me with, and my job is to organize and manage the things between employees. However, I received direct messages from both employees, Matthew and Adam. Each one of them resquesting transferring the other to another project. I tried to calm them down and told them to keep any personal setback between them out of the work environment, but they always arguing and fight during the meetings of the project.

According to Matthew, Adam is lazy and unprofessional, While Adam said that Matthew is rude and not doing his tasks very well. This is a major issue and I'm seeking help from you because both of them are stubborn to work until one of them transfers to another project. What can I do to solve this problem?
