I'm the technician from Sony Company. I write this email to instruct you to install the air conditioner.

First, you have to prepare some tools like screwdriver, drill, measuring tape, wire strippers, electrical tape,...

Secondly, before installing the air conditioner, you have to check the air conditioner and the compatibility of the tools sizes with the air conditioner.

After that, when you are installing the air conditioner, you should follow six steps:

• insert the guide panels into the guides of the air conditioner

• cut the seal t the window width and stuff the sash between the glass and the window

• cut the seal strip to the window width

• carefully set the AC in the window to the windowsill

• measure and mark the centerline of the inner sole and another line eight inches above and below

• fasten the curtains to the i=unit with four type-a screws on each side

After installing, you must check the wire and the operation of the device and maintain the device

And last, some advices for you when you install it:

• You should have 2 or more technicians for safe installation

• Do not twist the power cords

• Do not make a hole on the base fan for draining
