I am very very delighted to have participated in this experience from signing up to engaging in the virtual section and meeting friends all over the world. Though covid made it impossible to fly, it was a great time and I hope we all put into practice what we've learnt in our daily life.

This program has been one of the best opportunities that I have had the privilege of being part of. I met so many people from such diverse and varied backgrounds from all over the world. I have so many friends in the world. It sure makes me feel like a global citizen. Each and everyone had a very different yet beautiful perspective to look at the simplest of things and that has been such an amazing learning journey. It's bittersweet how I have learnt so much and how it's already time to say see you soon if not goodbye. Although it's very sad we couldn't actually see each other physically, but all that we had has been phenomenal. I wish all of you all the luck in the world and hope we cross paths sometime through our journeys towards making this world a better place!

It's hard but the time to say bye has arrived. We passed trought different situations and problems, we have been studying and learning togheter during the past year and a half. I hope we all achieve our goals and dreams and that our paths cross in a no longer future. I feel like a global citizen and I guess you too. This was the best adventure I ever had! I'm most grateful and enthused to have participated in the BP Global Stem Academies.It hasn't been an easy task from the day I registered to the the day I was chosen.This program has given me the opportunity to see the rich and diverse cultural from across the world, make newand new ideologies, learn the different time zones and asking gotten to know how BP supplies power.Though we never thought of it to be a virtual program, I still had lots of fun. Special thanks to my very good friends Ahdam, Samuella, Innocenciah, Andrea, João, Bido, Eduarda, Prathana, Jatin, Arul and others who always there whenever I needed help👫👫.I love you guys so so much and hope someday we'd cross path. I really appreciate the time we all had together. Everytime I got an E-Mail from Sean or BP I was so excited to read it.
AFS and BP offered a great program which I enjoyed and of course I learned so much. Thank you! Of course I was sad that we couldn't travel but thats life. We all have to live with disapointments but it's important to look forward and not backwards!

On a personal side note I really really have to thank all of you because without this great group I couldn't have done it. Especially to Meghan from the US. I loved working with you!

I hope we are all staying in touch and maybe meeting up sometimes!

This program is a great opportunity for me to explore the world around just by sitting in my room. it was a great exposure i learned so much from all the people part of this program, they are so loving and helpful. i was heartbreaking to hear that i couldn't travel but still happy to have friends all over the world i guess they will surely guide me once i am in their country looking forward to see you soon if possible ; ) loads of love from India and don't forget me.

I'm very happy and feeling so proud that I'm a part of this wonderful program. But now I'm shocked because it is the end now. There were many special moments during this program and each and every second spent in this program was fun-filled and amazing.

All the meetings conducted are my special moments. Especially, the project work is really unforgettable one. Joining with my team mates and exploring something new is the most amazing moment for me.
I met many friends during this program. But some were close with me and they are Joao Lucas, Innocenciah, Joan, Rasheka, and Jatin. My message for you all is, Enjoy your life and keep exploring new things. I thank you all for being so supportive and friendly with me. Always strive to be a changemaker guys and keep rocking always. You guys are the best!!!!

I'm excited to be a BP AFS Volunteer now. I wish I join with AFS and explore more in my future. And I also beleive that AFS will mold me more to be a changemaker.

My words for my fellow scholars,
We can overcome everything when we have the courage and will to do it. So Go ahead guys and bring changes throughout the world. Let us always be united and fulfill all the goals at the right time. All the best guys.

I am happy to have participated in this great opportunity that despite the pandemic complicating things for us, still everything possible was done and thanks to that I was able to participate in this great experience, and although in general I am a bit calm I am happy and grateful to have been able to participate, to live with other people, to learn new things, to be able to appreciate these new things and also to appreciate and rediscover things that I already knew. I just want to thank all the people who participated in this and allowed me to participate in this great experience as well. I am very happy to have reached the end of this journey together with my fellow scholars. I am happy and proud of the outcomes, even if the experience was not quite what I was expecting. Memories are treasures that one keep in life and this journey that I've walked through as of part of a program That has taught leadership,equality,culture etc. will always be a memory that I will treasure .I've never entered a program internationally and as a growing young woman this program has opened a path internally to have more courage and the confidenc to reach whatever opportunity I come across and I'm grateful for that. I know that each and every Changemaker that was present in this program had something to take with them to grow as an individual.Ive made conversations with awesome people in this program and I believe that everyone who participated in this program is awesome!! (The best memories on this program was actually interacting with different people in different sessions that we had and all the fun that come with our conversations)To the Changemakers ,be the change that you want to see in the world ,be the best of yourself ,you are capable and you have the ability to do great things and catch your dreams , be a footprint that people can follow through with your leadership ,kindness,global citizenship ,innovator and a peacemaker, I wish you all good and the best in your lives.To the program organizers , directors and staff ,I'm grateful for this journey, the knowledge that you shared has a good impact and it could have been more exciting if we actually went through with traveling and increasing more knowledge however what matters is that this program has done alot by making means of making us virtually meet with exciting individual have shared skill and knowledge ,THANK YOU !!!!

I want to say thanks to everyone who made this incredible journey possible, both people from AFS, BP and UPenn; and to everyone from the Academy-group. Looking back at the last few months, I must admit that I’m kinda glad for the academy to be online since I had thus the chance to connect with everyone from the Academy and not “just” my destination-group.

When thinking about what I’ve gained from this experience, there is of course all the knowledge about our SDGs and bp’s aim to solve the climate crisis, but more important to me are the friendships with people from all over the world <3.

It was 7 am in the morning when I got a mail saying that I have been selected for this amazing program. That’s honestly the best thing that happened last year. I got a great opportunity to speak to bright minds from over the world. *You all are truly inspiring.*

I was always so excited for all sessions. Even if the program was stretched round the whole year and I had to balance both school and this program, I never felt that I was doing anything extra. It was smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Time flies, and it was even faster this year. I had never imagined I would make so many friends who will always be dear to my heart.

I hope that I don't loose connection with any of them and get a chance to see and meet each one of them one day :)

It was one of the best moments last year to wake up on a phone call saying that I have an interview tomorrow at 3 pm for this program and the funny thing was that it took me an hour to realize what was happening.
Words aren't enough to express how fantastic this program is and how amazing the experiences everyone will gain from it, but what I can assure is that no one will ever regret that he/she joined such a program. I have learned a lot from everyone in this program and I hope I could help some of them.
It's awful that we didn't get the chance to meet each other in real life. However, the online program was awesome and it gave me the opportunity to make friends with everyone in the group and get to know more than I would meet in the offline program. And the last thing I would say is that everyone in the group is special in his/her own way and I will always learn new things from them. I hope they all achieve their dreams and reach their goals. As a recommendation for young fellows, never miss such an opportunity because it won't be repeated again and I promise that you will never regret it.
